- I live outside the UK, can you deliver to me?
Yes of course a large number of our orders are shipped overseas.
- How long will my order take to get to me?
All orders are sent out within 2 working days of order. We send packages through the post, either standard post If you would like your items sent Recorded (0.99p) please purchase by clicking here to add to your order

- How do I pay for my order?
All orders placed on the website are paid through Google Checkout & Paypal. This is a secure credit/debit card
payment facility. We never have access to your payment details. If you would like to pay us by cheque, postal
order or cash please click on our CONTACT US page for payment address and details.
- Why are your clothes so cheap – are they seconds?
No, we never sell seconds, and if you ever receive a faulty item, it will be exchanged or refunded, (see our
returns policy). The items are cheaper than you would see them in the shops because we are the importers and
wholesalers. Be sure to read our feedback forum.
- What if I order an item and it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
You can return the item to us within 7 days of delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy at the bottom of this
page for full details, as our returns procedure must be followed in order for an exchange or refund to be

We will send you a confirmation email.

Once return has been agreed, please return the item within 7 days.
A refund will be given for items returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original,
unopened condition folded on the original fold lines, with the plastic seals (if any) still in tact.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are advised to be made via recorded delivery. If in the
unlikely event, items arrive faulty or damaged, please email describing the nature of fault/damage. The item must be
returned within 7 days of a return being agreed.
Either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund including return postage costs will be then given.
