  • What is the delivery charge?
    Nothing! All orders delivered within the UK, Europe and Worldwide

  • I live outside the UK, can you deliver to me?
    Yes of course a large number of our orders are shipped overseas.

  • How long will my order take to get to me?
    All orders are sent out within 2 working days of order. We send packages through the post, either standard post
    with proof of postage, or registered mail. If you would like us to use a Next Day delivery service, please add to
    your order below. For worldwide recorded registered shipping with tracking please add below:

  • How do I pay for my order?
       



    All orders placed on the website are paid through Google Checkout & Paypal. This is a secure credit/debit card
    payment facility. We never have access to your payment details. If you would like to pay us by cheque, postal
    order or cash please click on our CONTACT US page for payment address and details.

  • Why are your clothes so cheap – are they seconds?
    No, we never sell seconds, and if you ever receive a faulty item, it will be exchanged or refunded, (see our
    returns policy). The items are cheaper than you would see them in the shops because we are the importers and
    wholesalers. Be sure to read our feedback forum.

  • What if I order an item and it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
    You can return the item to us within 7 days of delivery, please refer to our Returns Policy at the bottom of this
    page for full details, as our returns procedure must be followed in order for an exchange or refund to be
    authorised.

  • How can I tell that you have received my order?
    We will send you a confirmation email.

  • Is your site secure?
    It’s as secure as we can possibly make it. We never see your credit card details as all such payments are made
    through Google Checkout and Paypal.

  • How do you protect my privacy?
    Desert Dress do not share your information with any third party and we will only keep your email address if you
    give us your express permission. Please refer to our Privacy Policy below.

lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The information collected about customers, is that which is entered at the time of ordering. The reason that we collect
information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you
in the future unless you have given us your consent, we are replying to your correspondence, or if we need to advise you
about your order.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which
would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information
collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

                        RETURN POLICY

a) In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
b) Once return has been agreed, please return the item within 7 days.
c)When item is generally as described including slight manufacturing variation, and return is for personal reasons, we
will issue a full refund - £4 restocking fee per item.
d) When item is significantly not as described, a full refund will be issued .
